Leads a team of Senior Directors responsible for a $20M+ event fundraising portfolio across multiple markets. Drives revenue growth and performance by driving strategic direction, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, and scaling effective fundraising approaches. Champions a collaborative, enterprise mindset, balancing market needs with organizational goals to maximize overall impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The starting rate is $160,000 to $175,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended.
