The position works closely with senior management on day-to-day oversight, workout, and resolution of specially serviced CRE loans, while also underwriting new investment opportunities.Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of CLO loans and distressed debt assets, analyzing property operating performance through rent rolls and operating statements, negotiating complex transactions, researching real estate markets across the US, and underwriting CMBS, equity recapitalization, and mezzanine/preferred equity opportunities.
