Salary: $125,000-$175,000

Firematic Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Manufacturing to lead our BRAT Manufacturing division. This executive-level role is responsible for driving operational performance, scalability, and profitability across all manufacturing functions.


This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who thrives in a hands-on environmentcapable of building systems, leading teams, and delivering high-quality custom fire apparatus on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations (fabrication, assembly, scheduling)
  • Own divisional P&L, including labor and material cost control
  • Implement estimate vs. actual labor tracking and KPI management
  • Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality
  • Align engineering, production, and supply chain functions
  • Build and develop a strong production leadership team
  • Ensure OSHA-compliant safety and rigorous quality standards
  • Develop and execute plans to scale production capacity

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in manufacturing leadership
  • Experience in custom fabrication, apparatus, or vehicle builds preferred
  • Strong background in Lean manufacturing and process improvement
  • Proven success driving operational and financial performance
  • Experience with ERP systems and production tracking tools

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $125,000 $175,000
  • Bonus: up to 25% based on performance (profitability, efficiency, delivery, quality)
