  • Partner with the Enterprise PMO & QA organization on PMO‑led demand intake, prioritization, funding, delivery governance, quality assurance, and benefits realization, prioritizing investments based on business value, risk, scalability, regulatory requirements, and total cost of ownership.
  • Establish strong operational readiness and application management practices, including monitoring, incident and problem management, change and release management, disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity, and proactive maintenance.
  • Partner with Neighborly’s Chief Architect and Vice President of Application Integration to establish and apply standards for architecture, configuration, development, APIs, integrations, master data, identity, testing, release management, and documentation.
  • Partner with Finance and other corporate functions to translate business priorities into integrated, scalable solutions and ensure financially significant applications provide accurate, timely, controlled, auditable, and trusted information.

  • Lead major application implementations, integrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives in partnership with the Enterprise PMO & QA, maintaining accountability for solution requirements, technical execution, platform operations, vendor performance, operational readiness, and business outcomes.
  • Embed security, privacy, compliance, controls, and audit readiness throughout the application lifecycle, partnering with Cybersecurity, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk, and other stakeholders to address ITGCs, application controls, findings, and when applicable, SOX and IPO readiness.
  • Advise the CIO and executive leadership on corporate application capabilities, investments, risks, performance, and emerging technology opportunities.
  • Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology or corporate applications, including seven or more years in senior leadership.
  • Executive leadership experience managing a complex corporate application portfolio that includes Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, and internally developed, financially significant applications.
  • Significant experience with ERP, CRM, HCM/HRIS, finance, reporting, integration, and cloud or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven success modernizing enterprise applications and delivering large-scale implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations within PMO‑led portfolio and project governance.
