The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), Business Development - Digital & Network Technology to lead growth strategy and execution for a $4B line of business spanning digital and network technology markets. This executive will drive identification, qualification, and capture of large-scale opportunities across the Federal Government.
Responsibilities:
The SVP will be responsible for implementing strategic growth initiatives across the Digital & Network Technology portfolio. This includes refining market strategies, developing a multi-year pipeline, and leading a high-performing business development organization.
More About This Role:
  • Serve as the senior BD executive for a $4B portfolio, accountable for growth strategy and bookings performance.
  • Develop and execute multi-year pipeline and go-to-market strategies across the Federal Government.
  • Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities spanning digital modernization, cloud, applications, data, and emerging technology domains.
  • Drive $5B-$6B in annual bookings through disciplined BD lifecycle execution.
  • Collaborate with the line, capture, proposal, and solution teams to maximize win probability.
  • Engage customers to shape opportunities and deliver actionable market intelligence.
  • Lead development of account plans, white papers, demonstrations, and RFIs.
  • Partner across business units to deliver integrated, mission-focused solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BD team.
  • Ensure pipeline progression through milestone reviews and support 'keep it sold' strategies.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 18 years related experience, inclusive of 15 years' Business Development experience within the Federal market.
• Demonstrated success winning $1B+ in annual bookings.
• Deep understanding of network modernization, digital transformation, and AI technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and competitive landscape.
Desired:
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience leading BD for large-scale ($1B+) portfolios.
• Established relationships with senior government stakeholders.
Location: Must be located in the DC metro area, with the ability to be on-site at CACI HQ in Reston, Virginia.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
