Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Loan Administration, the Vice President will assist in overseeing Commercial Loan Operations, ensuring strong loss‑prevention controls, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership and collaboration across the Bank.
What You’ll Do
As Vice President, Loan Administration, you will:
  • Lead and support Credit Administration risk management, ensuring loans are documented, funded, and administered in accordance with approvals and policy
  • Oversee loan documentation, funding, and post‑funding compliance, including enforcement of loan terms
  • Manage collateral services, trailing documents, participations, and tickler systems
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Loan Administration staff, including training, workflow oversight, and performance input
  • Conduct final reviews and approvals for loan booking, construction loan funding, draw requests, interest reserves, and authorizations
  • Oversee real estate tax escrows and annual escrow analyses
  • Serve as a key liaison between Loan Administration and other Bank departments
  • Coordinate and support regulatory exams and internal audits, including preparation of reports and examiner requests
  • Manage loan document imaging and scanning operations, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
  • Act as administrator for LaserPro and Baker Hill Tickler systems, monitoring updates and compliance
  • Contribute to policy development, documentation of procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in special projects and bank‑wide initiatives as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commercial loan documentation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including LaserPro documentation software
Preferred
  • HMDA experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in loan operations or credit administration
Work Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • On‑site position
Compensation amp; Benefits
  • Salary Range: Approximately $90,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience
  • Exempt position
