Job description

Landrum Promotes Jeff Yonker to Regional Vice President of Sales Yonker brings more than ten years of experience in human resources and business leadership to the role.

Charleston, SC - Landrum announced today the promotion of Jeff Yonker to Regional Vice President of Sales, reflecting the company's continued investment in serving its clients with seasoned, client‑focused expertise.

Yonker brings more than ten years of experience in human resources and business leadership to the role. He has worked with companies of every size and across industries, giving him a clear‑eyed view of the daily challenges organizations face and what it takes to help them move forward with clarity. A former member of the PGA and an avid golfer, Yonker applies the same discipline, patience, and strategic thinking to his client relationships that the game demands on the course.

At Landrum, Yonker provides clients with HR expertise and workforce solutions that give business leaders the freedom to focus on growing their companies.

"Talent is getting harder to attract and retain, and HR laws and regulations are more complex than ever," said Jeff Yonker. "Business owners are spending more time navigating that complexity and less time focused on their core business. I'm proud to help our clients experience that difference firsthand."

As Regional Vice President of Sales, Yonker is responsible for building and deepening client relationships and identifying workforce and HR solutions that align with each company's growth objectives. His extensive HR background positions him to engage clients as someone who understands the real cost of getting workforce strategy wrong.

Yonker's work has been focused on the Upstate for some time, and he is now relocating to the area to be closer to the community Landrum serves.

"We are intentional about aligning our clients with experienced professionals who can make a meaningful impact on their business. Jeff is exactly the kind of person who understands the weight that HR complexity puts on a growing business, and he has the experience to lift it," said Andrew Sowell, Senior Vice President.
