Our Finance department is a key partner in driving ScriptProโ€™s continued growth and success while supporting the financial health of the organization and the customers we serve. The team collaborates across all areas of the business, providing financial guidance, supporting operational goals, and maintaining strong financial practices across the organization. Whether partnering with business leaders on strategic initiatives or assisting customers with billing, payments, and account-related needs, Finance plays an integral role in helping ScriptPro operate efficiently while delivering exceptional service to customers across the United States and Canada.

Job Summary: The Vice President, Finance oversees all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Vice President partners with the executive team to shape financial strategy, monitor performance against business objectives, and guide decisions that support long-term operational and strategic goals. The position also manages relationships with banks, auditors, and other key financial stakeholders, safeguarding the organizationโ€™s assets and ensuring the effective use of resources.

Reporting Relationship: President

Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires four on-campus days per week, with Fridays designated as the remoteโ€‘eligible day after the training period. Generally, all positions may be fully performed onโ€‘campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:

  • Lead the organizationโ€™s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management
  • Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions in ScriptProโ€™s complex operations, comprised of 7 entities, multiple continents, selling products and services in purchase, capital and operating leases, software subscriptions, remote and field service
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, and internal policies
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements to maintain financial stability
  • Provide strategic analysis and insights to the executive team and board to support decision-making
  • Establish and maintain robust financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
  • Direct the preparation of audited financial statements and ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners
  • Develop scalable financial policies, processes, and systems that support transparency, accuracy, and longโ€‘term growth
  • Oversee complex financial projects, corporate structuring activities, and readiness initiatives to support strategic opportunities
  • Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and funding strategies to support longโ€‘term growth
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance, scalability, and operational excellence
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA or professional designation such as CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA strongly preferred)
  • 8+ years at Director level or higher in a medium-to-large organization
  • Proven track record in leading financial strategy, planning, and operations in complex, fastโ€‘paced environments
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and developing highโ€‘performing teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing financial statements for parent/subsidiaries, including Canadian, financial operations and consolidations
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and technology preferred
