The Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury & Accounts Payable is a key member of the Finance leadership team responsible for leading the organization's financial planning and analysis, treasury, cash management, and accounts payable functions.

The SVP partners closely with executive and business leaders to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights, strengthen forecasting and financial discipline, optimize liquidity and working capital, and ensure effective and scalable financial operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury & Accounts Payable is a key member of the Finance leadership team responsible for leading the organization's financial planning and analysis, treasury, cash management, and accounts payable functions.
This role provides strategic financial leadership to support enterprise decision-making, long-range planning, resource allocation, and financial performance. The SVP partners closely with executive and business leaders to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights, strengthen forecasting and financial discipline, optimize liquidity and working capital, and ensure effective and scalable financial operations.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global Financial Planning & Analysis function, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range financial planning, management reporting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support the organization's strategic and financial objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic financial advisor to executive and business leadership, providing meaningful insights into financial performance, risks, opportunities, trends, and key business drivers to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Provide executive oversight of Treasury, including liquidity and cash management, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, working capital optimization, financial risk management, and related policies and controls.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient and controlled payment operations while driving process improvement, automation, scalability, and strong procure-to-pay practices.
  • Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, strengthen forecasting and reporting capabilities, and continuously improve the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of financial information provided to leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Human Resources, IT, and other functions to support enterprise initiatives and ensure alignment between financial strategy and business objectives.
  • Provide financial leadership for strategic initiatives, including investments, organizational changes, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and other significant business opportunities, as applicable.
  • Develop and lead high-performing finance teams, establishing clear accountability while fostering collaboration, professional development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure appropriate financial policies, processes, internal controls, and governance are maintained across areas of responsibility to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial and operational risk.
  • Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • 10+ years of experience leading and developing finance teams, preferably within a large, complex, or global organization.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting, or related disciplines, including significant leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and long-range strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash flow and liquidity management, working capital, banking relationships, and financial risk management.
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated experience using financial and operational data to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Experience driving process improvement, automation, and transformation within Finance; strong knowledge of Enterprise resource planning, financial planning, and business intelligence/reporting systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment while managing multiple priorities and leading through change
