Responsibilities

Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers. Provide guidance to clients through strategic planning, identifying market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer journeys to develop brand strategies, messaging architectures, and integrated marketing programs. Lead and execute both B2B and B2C integrated marketing campaigns to drive consumer demand and business growth, leveraging promotional, channel, and customer experience tactics for global and local markets. Drive digital experience transformation initiatives, assessing clients' digital infrastructure, developing priority roadmaps, and implementing strategies to enhance consumer experiences and streamline operations. Ensure best-in-class presentation and delivery of agency work by reviewing all project deliverables, including marketing strategies, creative assets and other materials to guarantee information accuracy and alignment to project brief requirements and all thought leadership/proposal presentations to clients. Collaborate with clients and internal agency teams to measure and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) from paid, owned, and earned media. Oversee a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to encourage creative thinking for clients aligned to their business objectives and KPIs, ensuring appropriate assignment of projects based on skillsets and experiences. Manage all communications between clients and internal agency teams, as well as relationships with partner agencies and third-party vendors, including planning and facilitating project status meetings and ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables. Establish and grow strong relationships with client senior leadership team through deep understanding of their business objectives, including a demonstration of industry knowledge and thought leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with agency leadership, project management, finance and legal teams to develop business plans, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure profitability, as well as ensuring adherence to master service agreement and clarification and execution of scopes of work for client engagements. Oversee the onboarding, training, and mentorship of team members for career growth and to foster a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field followed by five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include five years of experience in each of the following:

1. Develop presentation decks, word documents, and excel sheets with Microsoft Office Suite.

2. Review creative design mock-ups and guidelines with Figma.

3. Develop project timelines with Smartsheet, leveraging project management workflow platforms like Adobe Workfront.

4. Create client workshop exercises and frameworks on Miro or Mural.

5. Oversee and monitor forecasts, budgets and investments using MS Office Suite tools or Salesforce.

6. Build/grow strong relationships with senior clients (Executive Director/VP+).

7. Industry knowledge in the following verticals: Retail, Health Insurance, Healthcare Delivery and Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBM).

8. B2B and B2C marketing channels, tactics - inclusive of display, video, search, social, EM and SEO.

9. User-centric design principles, user experience research methodologies and technology development processes.

Required to work from Company Office (New York, NY) three days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
