1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.2. Leads planning, design and implementation teams for applications to ensure that the application design and build meets the needs of the staff for appropriate data capture and workflow process and help ensure adoption.3. Provides training and ongoing support for physicians and advanced practice providers on their use of the electronic medical record (EMR) and related software.4. Assists with providing physician access and connectivity to Eisenhower Health's systems and applications.5. Collaborates with the Ambulatory, Inpatient and Clinical Informatics departments on system implementation, process redesign, workflow optimization and system upgrades.6. Develops a working knowledge of Eisenhower Health's EMR and related software, and enhances own knowledge of the EMR and related software as software is upgraded or applied in new ways to clinic processes.7. Provides EMR and related software training to providers.8. Provides ongoing support to providers on the clinic's EMR and related software.9. Assists in mapping of clinical work flow processes and the use of the EMR to support that workflow.10. Works with management to evaluate ways that software can be utilized to solve operational issues and improve operational efficiencies in the clinics.11. Participates with the project management team in implementing software upgrades, enhancements, and conversions. Maintains current and regular communication with project managers and project team members to facilitate timely and accurate project execution.12. Provides education to staff and providers following upgrade to systems or introduction of new software.13. Performs other duties as assigned.
