Your Contribution to Our Success!
A VP of Payment Systems contributes to AHF by playing a critical role in keeping AHF's operations running smoothly. This position ensures that the entire procure to pay process is operating strategically and efficiently. The position ensures that ensures invoices are processed accurately and paid on time, maintains strong vendor relationships, prevents service disruptions, and helps secure favorable pricing and payment terms.
A VP of Payment Systems enhances the reputation of AHF by providing a strategic leadership and accountability for the entire procure to pay function. Working closely with procurement, accounts payable, finance, service lines, and administrative departments, this leader will help create a seamless process from sourcing to ordering and delivery through invoicing and payment. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
To be successful as a VP of Payment Systems it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.
AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The VP of Payment Systems will work as a part of a close-knit team to reduce the administrative burden on frontline staff while maintaining strong financial controls as well as ensuring best practice procurement processes. The VP of Payment Systems must demonstrate a first-class service mentality and be recognized as a responsive, solutions-oriented partner. A strong commitment to AHF's mission, professionalism, sound judgment, and continuous improvement is essential to the success of this role.
Compensation: $220,000-245,000
