  • Establish and lead the strategy and organizational structure to foster seamless cross-functional collaboration with the Solutions Organization, ensuring proposals and solutions meet client funding priorities and needs.
  • Establish a common growth operating model with disciplined processes for opportunity identification, qualification, pipeline management, account planning, capture, and go/no-go decisions improving CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline transparency across Public Sector and Commercial markets.
  • Serve as the tip of the spear on RTI Main's inorganic growth strategy leading the identification and evaluation of partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities that accelerate strategy or enhance access to priority capabilities, customers, markets, or technologies  working in close collaboration with Solutions and Corporate Development.
  • Ensure continuous feedback integration with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with broader organizational priorities, strategic investments, and capability development.
