As a Global Security Program Performance and Monitoring - Vice President, in Global Security, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing the firm’s corporate security strategy, advancing security capabilities, and cultivating effective collaborations across functional and product teams. In this role, you will ensure that security initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives and responsive to emerging threats, while supporting innovation and operational excellence through the integration of security best practices and the promotion of a proactive risk management culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery performance framework for Corporate Security, establishing metric definitions, thresholds, and reporting standards to measure and drive performance across physical security operations
  • Refresh the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process and scorecard for our key vendors, translating performance data into actionable insights and decisions for leadership
  • Transform centralized operational data into performance intelligence, partnering with data sourcing and technical teams to ensure the integrity, relevance, and timeliness of the insights presented to stakeholders
  • Provide oversight of continuous performance improvements, identifying trends and gaps in delivery outcomes and directing enhancements to strengthen operational effectiveness
  • Link and track progress of capital and ongoing maintenance initiatives to issues in site security operations or systems that have been identified both proactively and reactively, and partner with Governance and others to ensure standards, procedures, and training are updated and refined to reflect cross-cutting changes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Corporate Security and other Global Security functions and to align performance reporting with governance rhythms and ensure consistent, transparent messaging of results, changes, and escalations, including to senior executives
  • Promote the continued implementation of the Operating Model for Corporate Security across JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) and with other relevant partners

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in organizational strategy, governance, or program management
  • Expertise in implementing performance frameworks and execution of large-scale and complex initiatives
  • Ability to anticipate and identify risks / blockers to progress and collaborate to develop effective mitigants
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workloads within a busy, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills, including the ability to present security and technology concepts to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Adept at developing relationships across organizational lines, including with senior executives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in organizational strategy, governance, or program management
  • Significant experience in a similarly complex public or private sector organization (preferably in a regulated context but not limited to the financial industry)
  • Experience working in or knowledge of security operations, including guard management, technical security systems, and incident management
  • Management consulting or internal consulting/ corporate strategy team experience
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certifications
