Advance analytics and emerging technology innovation: Champion a culture of data‐informed decision‐making by enabling self‐service insights, defining meaningful KPIs, and evaluating emerging technologies (including AI where appropriate) to improve customer experience, operations, and time‐to‐value. Scale AI and automation where it creates clear value: Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI‐enabled solutions (with appropriate governance) and other automation opportunities that streamline workflows, improve service, and enhance decision‐making. Lead product & business enablement teams: Set vision and operating model for product owners, business enablement managers, and project managers, collaborating with business and technology leaders to shape and maintain outcome‐driven product roadmaps that deliver measurable business results. Own portfolio, roadmap, and delivery discipline: Establish intake, prioritization, and governance; align investments to strategy; and ensure predictable, transparent delivery across cross‐functional teams. Oversee data operations, reliability, and data products: Ensure stable pipelines and platforms through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement, and deliver trusted datasets that enable analytics, automation, and reporting.
