SVP, Consumer Health Sales Location: NY/NJ metro - Hybrid Job Summary The Senior Vice President, Consumer Health Sales will lead the sales strategy and execution for the continued growth of our fast-growing Consumer Health business, a critical component of the company's growth objectives. This role is responsible for: Cultivating client relationships Identifying new business opportunities within the consumer health (OTC/CPG/self-care) vertical Achieving revenue targets and growth projections Identifying new market opportunities Maximizing the go-to-market (GTM) sales pipeline Creating a roadmap for sales expansion This leader must possess a deep understanding of consumer packaged goods (CPG), modern digital media, market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs and buying pain points to develop a robust strategy that fuels sales growth. The Senior Vice President, Consumer Health Sales is focused on driving revenue growth and has the ability to think and act strategically to position PatientPoint's offerings as a must-have component of clients' commercial strategies.

This leader will coach and mentor the sales team, partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, bring client feedback back to the organization to enhance products and operations, and collaborate across commercial teams to drive business results. What You'll Do Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for continued growth within our established Consumer Health vertical. Achieve or exceed revenue targets and growth projections for the assigned territory by identifying new market opportunities and creating a roadmap for sales expansion.

Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Execute and lead key enterprise growth initiatives. Proactively establish and build relationships with key client decision-makers, demonstrating the value PatientPoint brings to their specific business needs.

Establish sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and take corrective action as needed. Serve as the key leadership contact to help shape channel strategy, including pricing, measurement, and commercialization. Drive initiatives that expand market share and increase PatientPoint's presence by developing innovative approaches to unlock new market segments.

Build and cultivate executive-level relationships with OTC and consumer packaged goods companies to drive long-term growth. What We Need 12+ years of successful sales experience, including experience working directly for an OTC or CPG manufacturer or partnering with these brands through an agency. Strong experience selling through programmatic advertising.

An established network of relationships within the Consumer Health vertical that can accelerate business development and growth opportunities. Bachelor's degree. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
