Mobile Client Services Director- Full-Time


The Mobile Client Services Director manages and oversees our medical mobile unit’s day-to-day operations that serve to demonstrate and share a Greater LOVE to women, men, and babies facing unplanned pregnancies. The successful candidate will create and maintain a welcoming, organized and compassionate environment where clients receive excellent care and support. The Mobile Client Services Director will build and maintain a strong, cohesive team consisting of non-clinical volunteers. This Director will also collaborate with the VP of Client Services, VP of Clinical services, Center Directors, Mobile Unit drivers and the Community to ensure an excellent client experience cultivating a productive and healthy work environment.


  • Associate’s or undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience leading paid and volunteer teams (medical or community health clinical environment is an asset).
  • Drive 2–3 hours per day to and from mobile unit locations, frequently transporting other staff members (mileage reimbursement provided); maintain a clean driving record and required insurance.
  • Build, lead, develop, and motivate peers and volunteers, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, mentoring, performance monitoring, and recognition.
  • Ensure the mobile unit is opened and closed daily per established schedules; keep it clean, organized, fully supplied; and coordinate necessary repairs.
  • Provide oversight of security and safety protocols as outlined in the Emergency Action Plan.
  • Manage the daily schedule, client appointments, front-office duties, client advocacy, ultrasound witnessing, client follow-up, and online LifePath classes.
  • Oversee client confidentiality, records, documentation, handling of all client cases, and mandatory reporting issues.
  • Interact with medical team members to foster a collaborative environment between non-medical and medical personnel; communicate regarding scheduling, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners (including medical offices, schools, churches, and other organizations) to grow awareness and partnerships.
  • Monitor monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develop and analyze center reports, manage the mobile unit budget, and provide insights on variances to the VP of Client Services.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, multitasking, analytical, process-oriented, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit excellent team-building, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building abilities; self-starter with emotional intelligence to lead patiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency (or ability to quickly learn) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail), scheduling systems, client management software, and safety protocols.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
  • Consistent onsite attendance with flexibility for some evening or weekend hours and schedule changes based on operational needs; attend community events, director meetings, and organizational planning sessions as required.
