PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role based out of our Cincinnati, OH office and will require onsite engagement an average of 3 days/week. All candidates should be local to the Cincinnati metro and available to work in a hybrid capacity.

Strategic leadership of the partnership, the work and the team on one of our largest clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver growth, account penetration, team development, and quality work for assigned clients.
    • Drive, supervise and actively run the P&L specific to assigned business responsibilities 
    • Penetrate client organizational hierarchies to develop strategic relationships with key decision makers
    • Plan and deliver macro business growth against forecast within existing client partnerships
    • Participate in business pitches or high-profile initiatives and proposals
    • Develop and help negotiate agency remuneration proposals connected to additional scope of work and new business opportunities
    • Maintain optimal staffing resources against the business through proactive resource planning, growth and development of staff and leaders, succession planning and engaged recruiting practices
    • Supervise and mentor cross-functional leaders on the business. Ensure the team is encouraged, developed and utilized to their fullest potential
    • Be the ultimate connector. Understand the complex business challenges of our clients on a macro level and ensure the team's successful navigation of the Saatchi & Saatchi X, Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis Groupe global networks. When appropriate, leverage Groupe resources as a comprehensive solutions offering for our clients via Saatchi & Saatchi X
  • Be a collaborative and active leader on the Saatchi & Saatchi X North America Leadership Team (NALT).
    • Leverage and support the Saatchi & Saatchi X global network
    • Help drive overall Saatchi & Saatchi X capability expansion and development
    • Represent to the organization unity in direction and passion for our vision
    • Challenge, shape, engage on the issues brought before the NALT in order to be an active and participative leader
    • Successfully represent Saatchi & Saatchi X with and influence Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis peers and leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Strong discernment
  • Inspirational leader. Must be able to lift up the organization. Help them achieve what they never thought possible
  • Credible. Must be able to establish credible relationships with key executive client contacts and be a credible internal leader among a cross-functional team
  • Culturally connected. Cannot be tone-deaf to the staff and personal influence within the culture. This includes being ethical and moral.

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $238,545 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
