Job description

Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with organizations relevant to UNFCU’s Field of Membership (FOM) expansion program. This position is hybrid. NYC Salary Range: $200,000 - $225,000 annually: compensation is commensurate to geographic location. • Regardless of seniority or role, uphold UNFCU’s mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike through consistent demonstration of our service excellence behaviors. • Evaluate and develop the business case for field of membership expansion in accordance with Corporate Strategy. Identify and onboard new organizations in alignment with growth strategies • Analyze market trends, target entity demographics and competitive position in the local market to support growth initiatives. • Serve as a brand ambassador to represent and enhance the brand’s reputation, fulfill its promise to deliver peace of mind with each partnership and clearly communicate UNFCU’s value proposition. • Build and foster relationships with target organization officials to gain approval and support for promotion of UNFCU products, services, and benefits. • Lead outreach execution for global strategies to increase UNFCU membership, within the approved FOM expansion strategy. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive awareness and engagement across UNFCU to support the successful onboarding and operationalization of new entities joining our FOM. • Define and track clear metrics to measure the success and impact of our FOM outreach. • Collaborate with global member service teams to deliver presentations and support member engagement initiatives. • Manage budgets and maintain knowledge of UNFCU products, partnerships, policies, procedures, and relevant United Nations affairs while supporting additional business needs as required. • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and UNFCU’s Code of Ethics & Business Conduct. • Bachelor’s degree in business development or related field • 10-15 years of demonstrable experience in a high-level business development or marketing role, including management experience • Experience working with the United Nations, Non-governmental organizations, or similar organizations preferred
