Key Responsibilities
  • Build & Execute Growth Strategy: Develop and manage a high-impact strategy to identify, engage, and onboard travel agency members aligned with Ensemble's tech-forward vision.
  • Expand Our Market Reach: Deeply analyze agency market segments (traditional, host, hybrid) to uncover untapped opportunities and drive member acquisition.
  • Communicate Our Value: Clearly articulate Ensemble's differentiated value proposition in a competitive consortia landscape to prospective agency member.
  • Drive Engagement: Develop compelling initiatives, presentations, and outreach campaigns that bring our story to life and inspire action.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and success in partnership initiatives.
  • Foster Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with agency leaders, industry influencers, and vendors to expand brand awareness and referral opportunities.
  • Be the Face of Ensemble: Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and key member meetings.

Experience & Expertise:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership within the travel industry, travel technology or related sectors.
  • Well-established and highly connected within the North American travel agency community, with a strong network of agency owners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders across Canada and the United States.
  • Recognized for building trusted relationships, influencing business decisions, and driving meaningful growth across the travel industry.
  • Proven success driving agency acquisition strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the travel agency landscape, including traditional, host, consortium, franchise, and hybrid agency business models.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles, influencing senior decision-makers, and leading high-value commercial discussions.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller with the ability to persuasively articulate value propositions, inspire action, and build enthusiasm among prospective member.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and execute with discipline.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, navigating ambiguity, and building scalable strategies and processes from the ground up.
