Position: Regional Vice President (K-12) - East Coast
Reports to: President / CEO Student Nutrition
Location: Remote / Greater Philadelphia area preferred


Regional Vice President 
Reporting directly to the President & CEO of Student Nutrition, the Regional Vice President will oversee all business operations within the East Coast region. This role is crucial for driving growth, optimizing costs, enhancing productivity, and achieving financial targets.  We are looking for an innovator with a growth mindset that will build strategies to create a multiplying effect impacting our clients, customers, communities, and employees.  This role will provide leadership around our values of accountability, integrity, and authenticity.

Aramark is the largest independent provider of dining services in North America, handling the entire scope of school nutrition programs, from menu creation to staff training.  Our goal is to support each district's educational mission by providing the highest-quality nutrition program with the most variety so your students are prepared for successful futures.

Job Responsibilities

   Drive Growth and Profitability: Continuously seek new revenue streams and ways to improve profitability, enhance margins, and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage across various functions, including operations and client relationships.
   Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and staff a regional, cross-functional team, including direct reports and other functional disciplines on projects and initiatives.
   Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and quality audits to ensure operational excellence for all regional accounts.
   Quality Metrics: Establish efficient and timely quality metrics to ensure accountability.
   Resource Leveraging: Partner with internal resources (e.g., sales & marketing, human resources, finance) to achieve objectives.
   Culture: Build upon Aramark's hospitality culture by anticipating the needs of our clients, customers, and communities that we serve.

Qualifications

   Experience: Over 10 years of general management experience with P&L responsibilities (ideally exceeding $200 million). Executive experience in leading operations, preferably in a matrix environment with responsibilities in human resources, finance, and/or sales/marketing.
   Growth Strategy: Proven track record in creating and executing growth strategies, managing client relationships focused on revenue generation, and leading cross-functional teams.
   Leadership: Ability to lead a team, including experienced managers, to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional client service. Experience managing a multi-functional team across geographies is a key asset.
   Bachelor's Degree Preferred

   Financial Acumen:  Possess and exhibit knowledge of the business, P&L management, and marketplace expertise that drives innovation and growth.
