General Manager

As the General Manager for the Home2 by Hilton Lousiville Nulu, you will lead all aspects of hotel operations, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. Youโ€™ll oversee departments, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals. Your leadership ensures a well-run property that delivers exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the driving force behind our hotel's success, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Your daily tasks will include managing staff, budgets, and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel.
  • You will report to the Area General Manager.
  • A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional director, vice president of operations, or even corporate-level positions.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 Years of Hotel Leadership Experience.
  • Hotel General Manager Experience, Required.
  • Hilton/Hyatt/Marriott Extended Stay Experience, Required.ย 
  • GSS Turnaround Experience, Highly Preferred.ย
