VP of Hotel Revenue & Strategy Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, booking patterns, and demand forecasts to identify revenue opportunities
  • Lead the annual revenue budgeting process and provide strategic recommendations to hotel leadership
  • Utilize Marriott revenue systems including CI/TY, One Yield, STAR reporting, and other analytical tools to optimize performance
  • Monitor transient, group, and channel performance while adjusting strategies based on market conditions
  • Provide revenue management expertise and guidance to the General Manager and property leadership team
  • Present actionable insights, forecasts, and performance updates to executives and key stakeholders
VP of Hotel Revenue & Strategy Requirements:
  • Proven success in hotel revenue management, forecasting, and strategic pricing optimization
  • Experience leading revenue strategy for a full-service, luxury, resort, or high-volume hotel environment
  • Strong understanding of transient, group, corporate, and leisure market segments
  • Advanced knowledge of Marriott revenue systems including CI/TY, One Yield, and STAR reporting preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and progressive revenue management experience will be considered
