This full-time remote position allows you to deliver essential mental health services through telehealth, providing care and support to individuals aged 18 and older. This position is fully remote, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or any location with a stable internet connection. You will benefit from a supportive virtual work environment that minimizes paperwork and maximizes client interaction. With a focus on flexibility, you will have the opportunity to establish a full caseload within just one week.

• Deliver clinical services and develop person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to meet each client's individual needs.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of treatment needs and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize care.
• Assist in the creation and execution of individualized service plans, ensuring that goals are clear and collaboratively set.
• Guide clients in developing essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills that enhance their ability to manage daily challenges.
• Educate clients on available community resources, advocating for their access to services that support their long-term wellbeing.

The individuals you will work with may experience various mental health challenges that impede their ability to maintain stability and independence in their lives. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate these difficulties, providing guidance that fosters growth, self-awareness, and community integration. • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a current state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, with no disciplinary actions on your license.

• Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting, focusing on person-centered care.
• Adept in managing client confidentiality and demonstrating clear skills in symptom monitoring and management.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and strong digital communication skills, supported by a reliable internet connection.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, our benefits package includes:
