Vibrant Health Counseling Center is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic and compassionate team. This role is entirely remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to create their own work environment while still being integral parts of a supportive and connected team. We utilize telehealth technology to provide accessible and effective therapy services to clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our intuitive telehealth platform enhances the counseling experience, ensuring that communication remains seamless and that documentation meets regulatory standards.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health needs and challenges, and develop customized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to promote healing and growth for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
• Set individualized therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual communication, ensuring that our services remain accessible to those with transportation or mobility issues.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements while reflecting our commitment to quality care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, participating in workshops and training to refine clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Your work at Vibrant Health Counseling Center will primarily involve helping adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma, and relationship difficulties. We understand the importance of meeting clients where they are and providing tailored support to help them navigate their unique challenges and reach their personal goals.

• Active and valid licensure in the state of California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathetic with a non-judgmental attitude, understanding the diverse experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, enabling effective caseload management and adherence to documentation deadlines.

• Previous experience working in a private practice or community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care approaches.
• Continued involvement in professional organizations or ongoing training in mental health practices.
