Your Contribution
  • Inspect and pack product, while monitoring/documenting production and adhering to customer specifications
  • Monitor product quality
  • Communicate, react and document product concerns and/or defects
  • Follow quality reaction procedures and/or protocols
  • Routinely select unbiased Final Quality Assurance (FQA) samples
  • Perform customer specific packing procedures and pack product of acceptable quality based on customer accepted criteria
  • Routinely clean workspace daily
  • Assist in preparing machine, and applicable machine vicinity, for job changes
  • Make efficient use of non-productive time to meet departmental and/or business needs (re-inspect product, prepare packing material, clean and assist in other departments as needed, etc.)
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of the Automated Inspection System (AIS) concerning sample collection, clearing jams, etc.
  • Assist in training and assisting Vial Inspection/Packer Level I new hires
  • Help promote and implement safety/EHS directives and maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Follow cGMP and adhere to all ISO and safety guidelines and policies
Your Profile
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing setting
  • Experience in product inspection and packaging, highly preferred
  • Experience working with Production equipment
