What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of finished vials, labels, and packaging to ensure they meet strict safety and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Accurately record inspection data and maintain detailed batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Compliance & Training: Complete specialized training for cleanroom gowning protocols and master Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Production Support: Assist with manual labeling and packaging when automated machinery is offline, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Safety First: Properly identify, label, and dispose of materials in strict compliance with safety protocols and SOPs.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or highly regulated environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
  • Skills: Strong visual focus, manual dexterity, and basic math skills for precise record-keeping.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand comfortably for extended periods and maintain sharp attention to detail.
  • Mindset: A strong teamwork mentality, clear communication skills, and a commitment to working safely.
