About the Role:

My Pet's Vet is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist/CSR to join our busy animal hospital! This role is perfect for animal lovers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service to pet owners. We are seeking somone who is friendly, professional, organized and is able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized front desk.

Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism.

Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Educate clients on services and products available at the clinic.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred.

Strong communication skills and a passion for animal care.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
