We are seeking an experienced full-time Veterinary Office Manager for our 2-doctor, privately owned, general practice, to oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure a seamless client experience. ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Veterinary Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the clinic, ensuring efficiency in all operational areas. Your responsibilities will include managing staff schedules, hiring and training new team members, handling inventory and budgeting, and implementing process improvements. You will also oversee client relations, address concerns, and support marketing initiatives to enhance the clinic's presence in the community. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a collaborative, productive, and high-performing workplace.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Proven experience as a practice manager, office manager, or in a similar role in a veterinary setting is required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with staff, clients, and vendors
  • A passion for animal care and exceptional client service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CVPM certification or a degree in business administration/management

YOUR TYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. No evening or weekend shifts are required!
