Associate Veterinarian – Kokomo, IN | Small Animal Practice | Mentorship Available


Kokomo Animal Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, well-established small animal practice.

About the Role

We are looking for a team-oriented Associate Veterinarian who is:

  • Passionate about small animal medicine and surgery
  • Interested in collaborative, progressive veterinary care
  • Comfortable with (or eager to learn) soft tissue surgery
  • Open to continued learning and professional development

Strong Mentorship available, including hands-on surgical guidance and case collaboration.


Bonus Opportunity:
While we currently focus on dogs and cats, we are open to expanding into exotics (pocket pets, reptiles, birds) if that aligns with your interests.


Hospital & Equipment

Practice high-quality medicine with modern tools:

  • IDEXX in-house lab (Catalyst Dx, LaserCyte, SNAPshot Dx, Sedivue)
  • Daily reference lab access
  • Digital radiography (including Progeny dental X-ray)
  • Surgical laser
  • Ultrasound (non-Doppler)
  • Fiberscope
  • Fully equipped surgical suite (2 monitoring stations)
  • Dedicated dental suite with full monitoring
  • 6 exam rooms + separate treatment area
  • In-house + online pharmacy

We are continuing to invest in facility upgrades and workflow improvements to support our team.
