Veterinary Receptionist & Veterinary Assistant Responsibilities: Client Service & Front Desk Support

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer phones, emails, and client messages
  • Schedule veterinary appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Educate clients on hospital services, wellness care, and basic veterinary information
  • Process invoices, payments, and client transactions
  • Assist with prescription refill requests and client communication
