What You'll Do as a Veterinary Technician
As a Veterinary Technician, you'll be a key part of our medical team, delivering high-quality patient care, supporting veterinarians, and helping pet parents feel confident and informed.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring
  • Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics
  • Educating pet parents with compassion and clarity
  • Ensuring accurate medical documentation and patient histories
  • Promoting low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction
  • Mentoring assistants and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence

What We're Looking For in a Veterinary Technician
  • 3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting
  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of Indiana
  • Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Committed to low-stress, Fear-Free handling (certification a plus, and we'll pay for it)
  • Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow
