As the Multi-Site Hospital Manager, you will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and regional leadership team to oversee daily operations, support staff development, and drive business performance across assigned hospitals. This role combines hands-on operational support with administrative and strategic management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple hospital locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and an exceptional client experience.

  • Support medical teams with operational workflow and occasional hands-on assistance as needed to maintain smooth daily operations.

  • Lead and develop hospital teams by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

  • Partner with hospital leadership to support staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, labor management, inventory, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while implementing strategies to support hospital growth and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, company policies, and hospital protocols across all locations.

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and patient care.

  • Support client service initiatives and maintain a strong focus on delivering an outstanding client experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in veterinary medicine with a strong understanding of hospital operations.

  • Proven leadership and multi-site management experience, ideally within veterinary medicine or healthcare.

  • Experience with veterinary practice management software such as Avimark, Cornerstone, or ezyVet.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational growth strategies.

Requirements:
