Specialty Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)
Do you enjoy building relationships with clients and being part of a team that provides advanced veterinary care?
Join our front desk team at Virginia Veterinary Specialty & Emergency as a Client Service Representative (CSR) and play a vital role in supporting our patients, their families, and our specialty teams.
  • Full-time schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
  • Dedicated to our specialty medicine departments (supporting Internal Medicine, Surgery, and other advanced services)
  • Opportunities to work closely with specialists, technicians, and assistants in a collaborative, client-focused environment

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
  • Greet clients with warmth and empathy in stressful situations
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins/outs
  • Collect payments and explain financial transactions clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure hospital cleanliness
  • Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to support patient care

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year pf previous experience in veterinary medicine, or 2 years in human medicine preferred
