Job description

Vinton Veterinary Hospital, a growing Veterinary Hospital Practice is seeking an energetic, reliable and friendly Customer Services Representative.  Duties to include answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, entering client information, handling records in a confidential manner and maintaining a neat and orderly appearance of the lobby and client facing areas.  Candidate must have previous customer service experience and show evidence of positive and enthusiastic client interactions.  Reliable transportation, including transportation in inclement weather, as well as a willingness to learn veterinary medicine terms and processes a must.  Individual must be willing to contribute to the hospital's positive culture and attitude of teamwork.  Candidates may apply through Indeed. 

The base hourly wage for this position ranges from $14.00-17.00 based on factors including experience, job-related skills and relevant education and/or training.
