We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-focused Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. What You'll Do
As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience for every patient and pet owner.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
  • Client Service Responsibilities
    • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
    • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
    • Obtain and document accurate patient histories
    • Process invoices and payments accurately
    • Verify vaccination status and required testing
    • Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with doctors and technical staff
    • Prepare prescriptions, prescription diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
    • Maintain accurate medical records and client information
    • Support daily hospital operations to ensure a seamless client experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service experience in veterinary, medical, hospitality, retail, or another client-focused environment is welcomed

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Weekend availability as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds
