Customer Service Representative (CSR) -experience requiredEastview Veterinary Clinic

Eastview Veterinary Clinic is looking for a dependable, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a busy walk-in small animal clinic that prides itself on providing efficient, high-quality care while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and patients.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping both people and pets.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Managing a high-volume front desk and lobby flow
  • Answering phones, emails, and client communications
  • Checking patients in and out accurately
  • Collecting and reviewing vaccine records
  • Educating clients on vaccine recommendations and preventive care
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff
  • Monitoring appointment flow and helping maintain efficiency throughout the day
  • Assisting with end-of-day closing duties and maintaining a clean front lobby
Ideal Candidate:
  • Has excellent communication and multitasking skills
