Our competitive compensation structure is designed to reward your expertise and dedication, offering base salaries ranging from $150,000 to $250,000+, complemented by a bonus system based on production, tenure and equity options. We understand the importance of work-life balance, hence we provide flexible scheduling options, allowing for either 3 or 4-day work weeks.
