Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: The Community at Franklin Park - Denver, CO 80218 Job Type: PRN / Per Diem Pay: $44.85/hour to start, with credit for experience
Provide hands-on skilled nursing care to residents at The Community at Franklin Park's Denver health center as a PRN Registered Nurse, starting at $44.85 per hour with credit for prior experience, plus shift differential, weekend differential, and holiday and on-call pay.What You'll Do
  • Deliver skilled nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatment delivery
  • Complete resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
  • Carry out and adjust care interventions based on how residents respond
  • Coordinate care with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Document care accurately and communicate changes in resident condition to the care team
What You'll Need
Required:
  • Active Colorado RN license (or valid multistate compact license - Colorado participates in the Nurse Licensure Compact)
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience
  • Able to read, write, and communicate care documentation and instructions in English

Preferred:
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
