Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate, efficient, and compassionate care to patients in the emergency department.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including certifications and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Skills:

  • Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in trauma or high-acuity emergency settings.
  • Prior travel nursing experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Active state RN license valid for the assignment location.
  • Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

  • PRN shifts: Days, Evening, Nights, and rotating 12’s
  • Flexibility to work every other holiday and weekend rotations.
  • Willingness to work in an environment with alternating 3x12 and 4x12 schedules as specified.
  • Travel reimbursements and licensing/certification reimbursements as applicable.
