Job description

The Logistics Coordinator will play an essential role in overseeing and optimizing the movement of goods within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This position requires a detail-oriented professional to manage supply chain operations and ensure timely deliveries based in NYC. Client Details The hiring company is a small-sized business in the FMCG industry, known for its commitment to delivering high-quality products to its customers.

They prioritize operational efficiency and continuous improvement in their logistics processes. Description Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics-related documentation. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Resolve any issues related to shipping delays or order discrepancies. Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance efficiency.
