Job description

We are hiring for our growing Training department!

This position does require overnight travel, 50% of the time. When not travelling this position works on-site from our Mason, OH Headquarters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual technical training courses to customers and employees.
  • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
  • Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
  • Facilitating training programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by participating in VEGA product and industry educational training opportunities.
  • Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
  • Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
  • Liaise with fellow instructors to provide/ensure consistent delivery, on-going support, learning and mentoring and demonstrating a strong team spirit and work ethic at all times.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business related field or equivalent experience
  • AND 2 years of instructor base experience.
  • Experience in the health science field is a plus
