Receptionist qualifications include:

  • Assists clients with checking in and out of kiosk system
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry in accordance with organizational policies
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
