Vessel Managers typically oversee multiple vessels from an office setting, handling administrative and operational tasks, while Marine Superintendents are more hands-on, focusing on technical, safety, and operational oversight onboard or at port. Both roles are essential in the shipping industry and often work closely together to ensure vessel safety and efficiency.
