Veson Nautical empowers the global maritime industry to navigate complexity on all sides of the trade. Veson's platform combines AI-driven workflows, trusted data, and seamless collaboration, to deliver the insight and context needed for confident, competitive decision-making.

Veson Nautical is bringing several new solutions to market, and we are looking for a customer-centric Senior PMM to join us for a 3-4 month contract, with the possibility to extend.  

This highly-visible role will work closely with product, sales, marketing, and professional services. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will own all PMM functions for their products, including: GTM strategy and launch, positioning and messaging, sales enablement, collateral, and more.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Drive and support the end-to-end launch process

  • Partner with the product team to align on the product shaping and strategy, clearly defining the problem we are solving, who this solution is for, and how it’s differentiated in the market today.

  • Work cross-functionally to build and define a launch strategy to bring in new customers and drive adoption with existing clients.

  • Help shape the story and content tailored to different market segments and personas that will be used across a variety of sales and marketing materials.

  • Synthesize complicated product functionality into simple, easy-to-understand value propositions that will resonate with target audiences.

  • Maintain foundational assets used in our AI marketing system
  • Partner with sales enablement and content teams to deliver high-impact sales tools to empower the sales team to market and sell more effectively.

  • Support Growth and Content Marketing teams on product-related campaign strategies and messaging. As you become an expert on buyer personas and your products, your input will help the growth marketing team drive leads and funnel growth.

  • Conduct customer and market research to understand buyer and user challenges and opportunities.

  • Establish and track KPIs for product launches to measure performance and success

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth, global technology/SaaS organization

  • This is a full-time 4-month contract position, hybrid (2 days per week in our Boston office)

  • Strong track record of successfully launching and growing new products 

  • A history of building strong relationships across product, sales, marketing and the rest of the organization

  • AI-first mindset with experience leveraging Claude to enhance efficiency and output

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and using data to make decisions.

  • Naturally seeks input from others to improve the quality of their work

  • A creative problem solver with an appetite to always be learning and improving

  • Proven track record of successfully prioritizing projects to focus on the most important initiatives for the team and business

  • Full-cycle PMM experience preferred

  • Undergraduate degree required. MBA or graduate degree is a plus
