Leads staff and ensures high-quality, data-driven service delivery aligned with strategic goals.What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible work experience with social service, workforce development, or economic empowerment programs, plus 5 years of supervisory experience required. Preferred: Masters degree in related field. Further, candidates will demonstrate understanding of the framework which integrates three core service strands of Workforce and Employment Services, Financial Literacy Education and Coaching, and Access to Public Benefits.
