Catastrophe & Risk Solutions (CRS) is entering a defining chapter. The widespread market adoption of our Next Generation Financial Model and the upcoming launch of Verisk Synergy Studio, our next-generation modeling platform, are opening up new possibilities for how we develop, package, and deliver catastrophe models. As Director of Model Product Management, you will own the full model product lifecycle, from early scoping and science translation through launch and client adoption. You will be accountable for keeping our models as the industry standard: grounded in the best available science and built to address the most demanding client use cases.   • Partner with research and science teams to translate cutting-edge research into well-scoped, market-ready product requirements.

Client Engagement & Market Intelligence

  • Engage directly with clients throughout the model lifecycle to understand their technical and business requirements, and ensure those needs are reflected from initial design through post-release change management.

  • Conduct rigorous competitive analysis and maintain market positioning frameworks that keep CRS ahead of industry trends.

  • Gather and synthesize structured feedback from clients, sales, and consulting teams to inform product prioritization.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate model launches and lead go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Consulting, Client Services, and Regulatory Affairs.

  • Work closely with adjacent Verisk business units to identify integration and co-marketing opportunities that amplify value for shared markets.

  • Represent the product organization in cross-functional planning processes, ensuring model development priorities are understood across Software Development, Research, Sales, and Client Services.
