1. Scope of Work
DSS is seeking a qualified individual to augment staff for data entry, processing, review
and verification and associated tasks. Activities include but are not limited to:
โ€ข Data entry.
โ€ข Reviewing records and documentation.
โ€ข Utilizing various systems for processing, reviewing, and verifying data such as
mainframe, Datacap, Provider Enrollment Portal, and File Director.
โ€ข Knowledge of claims documents including CMS-1500 and UB-04 CMS-1450.
โ€ข Verifying data against various sources both manually and through technology for
claim verification.
โ€ข Indexing claims.
โ€ข Application of policies and procedures for data entry, processing, review, and
verification.
โ€ข Provider or stakeholder outreach.
โ€ข Monitoring completion of activities by established deadlines.
โ€ข Conducting quality control of work to show adherence expectations.
โ€ข Other administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.ย
