Job Summary

Job SummaryAs a Concessions Technology and Operations Intern, you will help with the user experience of mobile ordering at Levi’s® Stadium by collecting feedback, suggesting improvements, educating fans, and troubleshooting the 49ers App on our fans' mobile devices.You are the face of Levi's® Stadium's mobile ordering and concessions experience. You will be tasked with troubleshooting point-of-sale technology and fans' mobile devices, facilitating transactions to increase concessions speed of service, escorting staff, and preparing the concourse to accept 68,000 guests into the building. With your customer service savvy and empathetic personality, you will be a critical part of the guest experience revolution and contribute to the success of the mobile ordering experience – integrating cutting-edge technology into the next-generation sports venue.Responsibilities and Duties:

* Become a subject matter expert on mobile app functionality (ticketing login, ordering food & beverage, managing wallet, etc.)

* Provide suggestions and improvements on the mobile app experience* Troubleshoot point-of-sale technology, including belly-up points-of-sale, mobile points-of-sale and frictionless points-of-sale

* Take orders and payments in line queues with mobile point-of-sale devices

* Assist in preparing the concourse by preparing signage and queuing lines throughout the stadium

* Provide public assistance and troubleshooting for the venue’s mobile app (49ers App) on iOS and Android operating systems

* Deliver upon the Levi’s® Stadium’s Core Values, Common Purpose, and Service Promise

* Greet, assist, and communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with mobile ordering and ticketing

* Provide feedback on stadium technology based on personal experiences and guest interactions* Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of smartphone functionality (both Android and iOS)

* Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues

* Excellent people skills and a knack for problem-solving* A service-oriented approach in all interactions with guests, corporate partners, and fellow team members

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Work well as part of a large team in a fast-paced environment

* Be available for 49ers home games at Levi’s Stadium for 8-10 hours from August to January

* Additional dates may be required as needed

* Must be available for in-person training sessions in July/August (dates to be determined

)* Must be at least 18 years of ageExperience

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

* Previous experience with troubleshooting technology is a plus

* Experience with Google Sheets and Slack is a plus
