C10 Labs is an AI-focused venture studio and early-stage fund dedicated to building and backing the next generation of applied AI companies. Based in Cambridge, MA, C10 Labs partners closely with founders to launch scalable AI ventures across enterprise software, healthcare, biotech, industrial systems, climate, and scientific discovery.
As part of our growing venture studio platform, we work hands-on with founders to accelerate product development, technical execution, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise adoption. Position Overview

C10 Labs is seeking an Enterprise AI Venture Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity.
This role is designed for entrepreneurial and technically strong individuals interested in helping build the next generation of AI-first enterprise software companies. You will work closely with founders, engineers, operators, and venture leaders supporting startups focused on AI, SaaS, workflow automation, enterprise systems, and operational infrastructure.
The position offers hands-on exposure to venture creation, applied AI product development, enterprise technology, and startup execution. You will help support early-stage companies moving from concept to scalable products and real enterprise deployments.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates interested in AI startups, enterprise software, product strategy, automation, venture building, and emerging technologies.
  • Support AI venture creation, product development, and technical research initiatives across portfolio companies
  • Work closely with founders and technical teams building enterprise AI and SaaS products
  • Assist with AI product strategy, workflow automation initiatives, integrations, and operational tooling
  • Conduct market, competitive, and technical research related to enterprise AI and vertical software markets
  • Help evaluate AI tooling, frameworks, infrastructure, and deployment strategies for startups
  • Collaborate with internal operators, engineers, and external partners on venture development initiatives
  • Participate in workshops, founder sessions, technical reviews, and product discussions
  • Support go-to-market research, customer discovery, and commercialization efforts
  • Stay current on emerging trends across AI, enterprise systems, SaaS, automation, and startup ecosystems
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to internal venture and investment discussions
  • Strong interest in AI, enterprise software, SaaS, automation, startups, or venture creation
  • Technical background in computer science, engineering, AI/ML, product development, or related disciplines
  • Experience building products, applications, prototypes, or technical projects
