With offices in San Francisco, Singapore, Shanghai, and Beijing, the firm has backed companies including ByteDance (TikTok), Pinduoduo (Temu), Meituan, Full Truck Alliance, WeRide, Webull, and Moonshot AI.**The Role**Sky9 Capital is hiring a Venture Capital Associate for its San Francisco team. The Associate will work directly with Partners to identify, evaluate, and execute early-to-growth stage investments, playing a role across the full investment process from sourcing to technical due diligence.**Key Responsibilities**- Source new investment opportunities within Silicon Valley's deep tech and consumer ecosystems, developing independent investment theses in areas like Generative AI, Robotics, Vertical SaaS, and Fintech- Lead commercial and technical due diligence, including market sizing, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and technical viability assessment- Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to the Investment Committee- Support portfolio founders on business development, hiring, international expansion, and strategy- Build a network among founders, angels, and other VCs via demo days, hackathons, and industry events**Qualifications**- 0-3 years of experience in Product Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Management Consulting (technology sectors preferred)- Well-networked within the San Francisco Bay Area startup community- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field is required- Demonstrated academic excellence from a top-tier university**Compensation**: $80,000 - $150,000 per year, plus equity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
